Massage is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, and it is requested that you consult with your physician prior to scheduling any type of massage therapy.

Reflexology

Aromatherapy is the use of different aromas made from highly concentrated extracts of herbs, flowers, shrubs and other plants. The oils contain substances that have been found to be therapeutic when inhaled or applied to the skin. Our aromatherapy oils are custom blended to suit your individual needs. Combined with a relaxing Swedish massage, this treatment will soothe, balance and energize your senses.
*We cannot perform massages until after the first trimester of pregnancy. If you are receiving chemotherapy, you must provide a physician's note prior to receiving your massage.
