GENERAL SALON INFORMATION
It is our goal at Peter Jacob Salon and Spa to provide our clients with superior expertise in a warm and caring environment. Our focus is on the well being, appearance and self esteem of our clients.
At Peter Jacob Salon and Spa, you can be assured of receiving the finest services available. Sometimes in order to move forward, you must retreat.
New Clients
Arrival 10 minutes prior to your first appointment is requested, allowing ample time to check-in and prepare for your salon service or spa treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your service, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Age Requirements
While we provide hair services to children of any age, we do ask that all children receiving spa services such as facials be at least 13 years of age. The minimum age for massage & body treatments is 18. We also ask that any children not receiving spa services please remain in the lobby and be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Attire
All jewelry should be removed prior to spa treatments. You may take them into the treatment room or leave them at home for the day.
About Your Health
Allow common sense to be your guide. Please consult your physician before receiving a facial, massage or body treatment if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, have any type of allergies; especially seafood allergies, or suffer from hypertension. Prenatal massage cannot be done until the first trimester is completed. If you have any conditions that may be contraindicated for a service you are requesting. Peter Jacob Salon reserves the right to require a release from your physician.
Cell phones and pagers
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Please remember to be courteous to each other regarding cell phone use.
Packages
Spa treatment and salon service packages can be individually customized.
Parties
Salon and spa parties can include anything and everything on our menu. Wedding parties, baby showers, sweet sixteen, graduation, fund raisers, bridge groups, book clubs, etc. Call 407.737.3717 to schedule your next event. Click here for the form to fax or bring to the spa.
Making a Reservation
Please call 407.737.3717 to schedule your time with us. Reservations are requested. Walk-ins are welcomed; however, to ensure availability Peter Jacob Salon recommends a phone call first. Credit card guarantees are required for multiple spa service appointments (facials, massage & body treatments) or any spa service or salon service priced at more than $150.
Cancellation Policy
Twenty-four hours notice is required for all individual services. Group cancellations require anywhere from forty-eight hours to one week notice, depending on size of the group and season. Details can be discussed at the time of reservation.
Refunds
Peter Jacob Salon does not refund for services rendered. Products can be exchanged for store credit.
